WHY ARE WE ASKING FOR SO MUCH INFORMATION

Due to the unpredictable nature of what we do and how we do it, many things can happen that would require a quick and last-minute change of plans. While this is a rare event, it does (and has) happen(ed). For example, flood waters, tug boat breakdown, lock delays, etc. So sometimes we need to get a hold of you to inform you of a new plan…and sometimes you are at work and sometimes you are at home. So it is imperative that we have both work and home numbers/emails.

And just for good measures, we promise that we will only pass out that information to telemarketers, toothbrush salesmen and the Dalai Lama. No really, it will only go into our database…we won’t share it with anyone. That’s a promise!

If this is problematic for any of you, please contact me and we will work out a new strategy for keeping you in the loop.
