LIMITED EDITION PRINTS' limited to 500 The "River Cleanup" tugboat was painted in 2003 by Rapids City, Illinois artist Heidi Sallows. Ms. Sallows is a student at The School of the Art Institute in Chicago, Illinois. Davenport, Iowa artist, Tom Hempel saw the tug and barge and asked to paint a picture of it. These prints are made using Fine Art Reproduction Giclee printing methods, on the highest quality acid-free watercolor paper #310. The Giclee method uses UV pigmented inks so it will not fade. The image size is 13" x 19", with a white border below with the artist's signature below the image. It will fit into a standard 18" x 24" frame and matt. Tom Hempel will sign and number these prints.
